Refund policy

Please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging. Returns are at the customer's cost and the original delivery cost will not be refunded. If goods are not returned, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of their direct return to us. Please note that we cannot allow a refund or replacement in the case of items made to your specification, personalised items or individually painted artwork items where work has already commenced or materials ordered.
