Delivery Information

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only. We are a small, independent maker and are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Standard Delivery – Delivered via Royal Mail. We use 48 hour tracked delivery other than for smaller items like keyring which are sent via 2nd class post unless upgraded.
Faster Delivery – Delivery can be upgraded to 24 hour tracked delivery.

All our products are handmade to order, so please allow additional time for your item to be crafted before dispatch. Contact us for more information on estimated delivery times if you need your order by a certain date.
Smaller items like keyring, coasters etc we aim to dispatch within 3 days.
Item that's require personalisation will take a little longer.
Larger items or items that require painting and drying time we aim to dispatch within 2-3 weeks. Personalised toy boxes or similar take 3-4 weeks.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, or Channel Islands — please get in touch before ordering if you are unsure.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
